do I change the address on my account?
Changing your address can be done easily, you may contact

mailing address that is attached to your newspaper for better
service.
How do I make a payment on my account?
You may mail us a check with your invoice to The Catholic

Philadelphia, PA or to pay by credit card by calling 215-587-3667
to speak to a customer service representative.
How do I renew my subscription?
We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiration
date by mail so that you will not miss any future issues of
The Catholic Standard and Times. If you feel that you
have missed renewal notices or have recently moved, be sure
to change your address at The Catholic Standard and Times,
Circulation Department, 222 N. 17th Street, Philadelphia,
PA 19103-1299 or call 215-587-3667 to speak to a customer
service representative. You may want to consider using
your credit card and opting for automatic renewal so you receive
continuous service.
Where can I get general information about my account?
Your mailing label shows your expiration date and also carries
postal codes that speed delivery of your newspaper.
To ensure that your newspaper is delivered to you in the most
efficient manner, please verify that your street number, street
name, city, state and zip code are correct. This allows
the post office to assign the correct +4 zip code which speeds
the delivery of your magazine. When contacting us via
postal mail, please provide a copy of your magazine's mailing
label with your correspondence. If you do not have a
copy of your label, please write your exact name, address
and postal code as it appears on your label.
Third Parties who sell goods and services that we believe
would be of interest to our readers, occasionally make requests
to obtain The Catholic Standard and Times subscriber names.

What do I do if I've received a bill, but I've already
paid?
If you have received a bill after you paid for your subscription,
they probably crossed in the mail. You can check your account
status at any time by calling Circulation at 215-587-3667.
What happens if I get a damaged issue or miss an issue?
If you receive copies that have been damaged by postal delivery,
please contact us at The Catholic Standard and Times, Circulation

or call 215-587-3667 to speak to a customer service representative.
When does each issue of The Catholic Standard and
Times get mailed out?
The Catholic Standard and Times is published 49 times a year
(except week of July 4, Nov 27 and the last week of the year).
The paper is mailed on the Wednesday of every week and you
should receive your copy on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
of that week, unless you are out of state.
How
do I cancel my subscription?
